Nate Mendelsohn is a Brooklyn based producer, songwriter, mixer, and musician. He has produced and mixed albums by Frankie Cosmos and Dougie Poole, played saxophone on recordings by Yaeji and Lady Lamb, and performed as a multi instrumentalist live in Vagabon, Sam Evian, and Katie Von Schleicher. He is a house engineer at Figure 8 Recording in Prospect Heights and is half of Shitty Hits Recording Co, a production team with Von Schleicher. His own songwriting project, Market, is signed to storied indie label Western Vinyl. Mendelsohn brings to any project flexibility and proficiency on woodwinds, guitar, bass, synthesizers, and samplers, along with a relaxed sense of play and years of studio recording and mixing experience.
